Tackling Challenges with Cross-Disciplinary Thinking

Santiago has faced multiple industry challenges, particularly in navigating rigid legal frameworks that slow innovation in emerging markets. His solution lies in proactive strategy, financial structure and legal design, which integrates compliance into the core business model rather than treating it as a secondary concern.

For example, at MINVE, he ensured compliance with business growth, consumer protection, data laws and sustainable strategy from day one, helping the startup scale quickly without legal setbacks. Similarly, to build trust among investors, particularly in Latin America, Europe and MENA regions, where he focused on transparent governance, detailed documentation, and innovative financing instruments.

His approach turns regulatory complexity into a strategic advantage, fostering innovation through legal and financial precision.

Values That Drive His Work and Leadership

Santiago’s leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in a few guiding principles.

At MINVE, he champions the democratization of investment. He believes that investment opportunities should be available to everyone, not just institutions. Trust and transparency are key pillars, reflected in the platform’s legal clarity and governance.

He also emphasizes innovation with purpose. Every feature—from royalties to preferred shares—is designed to simplify and secure the investment process. His focus on empowering entrepreneurs extends beyond capital, offering visibility and strategic support for sustainable growth.

Ethical responsibility is equally vital. Santiago acknowledges the importance of risk transparency and user protection, ensuring long-term value for all stakeholders.

A Defining Moment That Changed Everything

One of the most pivotal moments in Santiago’s career came during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Colombia entered a phase of economic uncertainty and political transition, he faced the collapse of multiple private deals while leading Flers Advisors. This near-bankruptcy experience pushed him to reassess his entire approach.

Instead of rebuilding the past, he created something new—MINVE and RaschGo. Borns from crisis, MINVE offered a platform that bridged the gap between SMEs and non-professional investors. This defining moment shaped his belief that setbacks can become the foundation for breakthrough ideas and RaschGo is aim to empower world restaurants, using the e-commerce platform to bring the customer back to their tables.

Current Ventures: Building New Categories

Today, Santiago leads two groundbreaking projects: RaschGo and MINVE.

RaschGo is the world’s first pre-dining platform. It allows users to pre-order, pre-pay, and personalize meals before arriving at restaurants creating time for restaurants and consumers. This innovation eliminates traditional waiting times and enables restaurants to boost efficiency and profits. Customers benefit from speed, personalization, and a seamless dining experience.

MINVE, on the other hand, is revolutionizing business investment. It is the first platform where SMEs can access liquidity by listing equity, royalties, or debt instruments. Investors can evaluate and invest in real, structured opportunities within days, being the first that really do it in less than the 50% of the regular transaction timeline. By combining fintech, private equity, strategy, reengineering process and crowdfunding into one simple platform, MINVE empowers both sides of the investment equation.

Both platforms are scalable by design and rooted in Santiago’s values of accessibility, transparency, and purpose to conquer the world in the following years.

Vision for the Future: Scaling Globally with Impact

Santiago envisions a future where platforms like MINVE become the go-to marketplaces for fast business transactions. His goal is to eliminate the traditional hurdles that slow down SME funding and limit retail investor access. By simplifying deal structures and aligning with institutional-grade legal standards, MINVE is poised for expansion across Latin America, North America, Europe,  MENA and beyond.

Meanwhile, RaschGo is set to redefine how people dine around the world. With a $3 trillion market at stake, the platform has the potential to create a new standard for hospitality. Through lean tech, B2B partnerships, and a frictionless user experience, RaschGo is ready to scale globally.

As the founder and CEO of both ventures, Santiago sees his role as the executor of bold ideas. He ensures that vision meets action, building systems that are legally sound, scalable, and impactful.

Words of Wisdom for the Next Generation

To young professionals and entrepreneurs, Santiago offers a clear message—resilience, persistence, and clarity are non-negotiable. Startups are tough, often filled with unforeseen challenges and slow progress. The key is to keep showing up with solutions that people can grasp quickly and test immediately.

He encourages early-stage founders to avoid over-complicating their ideas. Instead, focus on building a clear, easily validated value proposition. That’s how both RaschGo and MINVE started: lean, bold, and built around user needs.

For Santiago, the future belongs to those who move fast, think smart, and stay grounded in purpose.
