President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan led a historic ceremony in Abu Dhabi where new UAE ambassadors took their oath of office, and foreign envoys presented their credentials. The event highlighted the UAE’s growing role as a global hub for diplomacy and cooperation.

List of Newly Appointed UAE Ambassadors

The following ambassadors were sworn in before the President:

Mattar Salem Ali Al Dhaheri – Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Hamad Ali Bin Alwan Alhebsi – Ambassador to the Syrian Arab Republic

Fahad Salem Saeed Al Kaabi – Ambassador to the Lebanese Republic

Ali Rashid Al Mazrouei – Ambassador to the State of Libya

Khalid Abdulla Humaid Belhoul – Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran

Salem Mohammed Al Zaabi – Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Khamis Rashid Ahmed Al Shmeili – Ambassador to Montenegro

Abdullah Jassim Al Shamsi – Ambassador to the Republic of Guinea-Bissau

Saif Mohammed Al Ketbi – Ambassador to Afghanistan

These appointments strengthen the UAE’s global presence in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Pledges of the New UAE Ambassadors

After taking their oath, the ambassadors thanked Sheikh Mohamed for his trust and confidence. They promised to serve the UAE with honesty and dedication.

  • Dr Oleksandr Balanutsa, Ambassador of Ukraine

Sheikh Mohamed warmly welcomed them, wishing them success in building closer partnerships between their countries and the UAE.
